Matt Osen

Matt Osen brings more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing to CellSite. He served in the controller role at Agrisolutions, supporting multiple manufacturing sites in North America. Matt managed multiple facets of both the treasury and controllership functions for the plants, in addition to facilitating projects and site expansions.

Prior to that, Matt spent two years with Community Health Care in Davenport, Iowa, serving as the Grant Coordinator and point person on special projects. He joined CellSite Solutions in October 2022. Matt is a graduate of University of Northern Iowa with both Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Accounting. He became a certified public accountant in May 2010.

During his career, Matt has acted as financial lead on a new production line, doubling annual revenue and driving the creation of over one-hundred new SKUs. He managed the integration of two subsidiary asset purchase agreements, including implementation of the control structures. He has administered a facility site relocation that included office, technology and production. Matt was able to manage the cost analysis and IRR on the redesign of the primary production line, helping to drive controlled sites from a negative $4 million deficit to a $4 million net positive.

Father of three—two girls and one boy—Matt is happily busy with both schooling and sporting events. He loves attending sporting events with his wife and kids and takes every opportunity to travel with them and experience new opportunities. At home, Matt spends his spare time gardening and cooking.
