Jeff Gleason

Jeff Gleason began his career as a programmer, eventually managing BDA teams for TelecomUSA Publishing Company and McleodUSA Publishing Company. Before joining CellSite Solutions in 2019, Jeff held various IT leadership positions with Transamerica and its parent company, Aegon, leading global projects and defining IT strategies and standards.

In his role as Director of IT Strategies for Transamerica’s Annuity Products and Services business unit, Jeff supported over $1B in revenue generation per month. He designed and implemented big data solutions for processing complex actuarial calculations and queries, which reduced wait time for results from days to seconds.

Jeff was the Lead Technology Consultant and Architect for many of Aegon’s largest Enterprise License Agreements including IBM and Microsoft. He re-architected the global database environment in response to vendor licensing changes, netting a multi-million-dollar reduction in database license fees on an annual basis.

Jeff has been an early adopter and implementation leader of service-oriented architecture (SOA), business process management and robotic process automation technologies, promoting improved business agility, architecture governance, and IT asset reuse. He has been the keynote speaker for InfoWorld’s SOA Executive Forum and a guest speaker for Gartner and other industry analyst conferences. His work with web services/SOA technologies has been featured in numerous magazines, and he was previously included on the masthead of InfoWorld Magazine.

When Jeff is not working, he indulges his creative side by playing guitar, painting and restoring cars. He and his wife enjoy watching movies together with their pug and English bulldog.
